ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
*Menimum Educational Qualification :Candidates should possess ITI in the trade of Fitter/ Mech. R&AC/ Electrician/ Electronics Mech.*Age Limit and Relaxation:Candidates age should be between 20 - 21 Years As On 1-10-2014. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.

MODE OF SELECTION :All Eligible Candidates will Be Selected Based on Their Performance In Written Exam/Interview .

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES
1. The candidates shall submit their application in the prescribed proforma only.2. The candidate in his/her own handwriting shall fill applications in English
3. Filled in application forms should reach thePrincipal Bangalore Metro Rail Training institute , S.V.Road Baiyappanhalli Depot, Old Madras Road, Bangalore 560038 on or before 15-2-2014
4. The candidates should submit applications along with relevant enclosure viz. proof of age, marks sheet, caste certificate etc. duly attested by a Gazetted Officer invariably. The applications, which do not contain the relevant attested copies of the certificates, will be summarily rejected.
5. Applications of the candidates who furnish incorrect information or enclose false /incorrect certificates shall stand rejected automatically.

Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), a joint venture of Government of India and Government of Karnataka is a Special Purpose Vehicle entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Bangalore Metro Rail Project.Bangalore Metro, christened as "Namma Metro", not only adds to the beauty of Bangalore skyline, but immensely adds to the comfort level of travel. Besides this, Namma Metro is a major environment friendly addition to the Bangalore City as it significantly contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions.The project has an East-West corridor - 18.10 km long, starting from Baiyappanahalli in the East and terminating at Mysore Road terminal in the West and a 24.20 km North-South corridor commencing at Nagasandra in the North and terminating at Puttenahalli in the South. The commercial operations on Reach-1 (MG Road to Baiyappanahalli station) have opened on 20th October 2011.
