NAME OF POST:Recruitment of Company Secretary in KMRL
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
*Minimum Educational Qualification :ACS/FCS.Experience Requirements: Not less than 10 years of post qualification experience in Secretarial, Practice. Weightage will be given for persons with at least 5 years relevant experience in Government/Public Sector Undertakings.
*Age Limit and Relaxation:Maximum age should not exceed 50 years
Desired Skills: The applicant should possess sound knowledge of Companies Act and Company Law procedures, financial and accounting management functions and should be proficient in working in a computerized eco system.
EXAMINATION FEE:
The application fee should be paid in the form of a demand draft for Rs.150.00 drawn in favour of Kochi Metro Rail Ltd., payable at Kochi.

i) Compensation would be as per industry standards.ii) Experience & age criteria can be relaxed in case of otherwise exceptionally deserving candidates.
iii) Selected candidates will be posted in Kochi, though liable to be posted any where in India.
iv) Applicants engaged in Govt./Quasi Govt./ PSU should send their applications through proper channel, after forwarding the advance copy along with the application fee.
v) Canvassing in any form would entail immediate disqualification of the candidate.
vi) Candidates shortlisted would be intimated to appear for interview, which may be held at short notice.
vii) Candidature of a candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process.

The project is planned keeping in view the cultural heritage and commercial significance of the city. The Metro Rail is safe, eco-friendly, and economical. Apart from providing connectivity, the project will bring about a more equitable allocation of road space by encouraging greater use of public transport.
