ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification :Applicants interested in Company secretary posts should be passed LLB degree from a reputed University and Fellow / Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).For Dy. General Manager post willing candidates should be qualified Bachelor’s degree with not less than 60% marks.
Age Limit:For company secretary post candidate's age should be below 50 years and for Dy. General Manager post the age of candidates must be below 45 years.
