* Age Limit and Relaxation:Applicants age must be between 18-25 years. Age will be counted on 1st January 2013. Relaxation in age will be applied according to the government rules.
EXAMINATION FEE:Candidates need to pay Application fee of Rs. 60/- for the Post in Grade pay Rs.2800/2400/- and Rs. 40/-, for the post in grade pay Rs.1900/2000/- in the form of Indian Postal Order in favour of Northern Railway Sports Association, New Delhi.
MODE OF SELECTION :The Candidates will be called for Interview after the sports performance.

* Minimum Educational Qualification :Candidates applying for sports quota job in northern railway must have graduate degree for the posts in Grade pay Rs.2800/2400/- and must be matriculation / ITI / equivalent for the post in pay grade Rs. 2000/ 1900/-.* Age Limit and Relaxation:Applicants age must be between 18-25 years. Age will be counted on 1st January 2013. Relaxation in age will be applied according to the government rules.

Northern Railway, the Jewel Set in the Crown of Indian Railways, has embarked on the mission to vanquish distances and create its own metaphor of existence. Formally established in the year 1952, it remains the largest zone in terms of route Kilometers, even after the re-organization of the Indian Railways into 16 zones. Northern Railway now comprises of 5 Divisions-Ambala, Delhi, Ferozpur, Lucknow and Moradabad. Spreading across the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and the Union Territory of Chandigarh, Northern Railway seems to have the vantage point of standing atop the peninsula and transposing its work rhythms to the rest of the country.
