IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR INTERVIEW
1.The candidates whose names are appearing in the select list for Interview may please report for the interview half an hour before the scheduled time at the nominated venue as per above schedule.
2.The candidature for Interview is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned in our advertisement No. DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2013 (49) dated 28/03/13 as posted on DMRC’s website.
3.Due care has been taken to shortlist the candidates based on the criteria of reputed Govt.Institutes and merit cum reservation basis. However,if any of the shortlisted candidate whose name is appearing in the list does not qualify the above criteria of reputed Govt.College & is from any private institute, etc he/she need not attend the interview & will not be interviewed, if the same comes to the notice of DMRC on the date of Interview.
4.The genuineness of the information furnished by the candidates will be verified at the time of interview.
5.For any query related to the above,the candidate may submit his/her query at Email.ID:-jecivildmrc@gmail.com latest upto 22nd May’2013, 10:00AM only.
6.IMPORTANT:The candidates are required to bring all the certificates/testimonials etc.in original, with one set of attested copies in support of age, educational/technical qualifications, experience, caste etc. which they will have to produce on the day of
Interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the Interview.Reserved Category Candidates have to produce the proof of reservation. Candidates appearing under OBC posts have to produce certificate of Central OBC list.
7.Please also bring two recent passport size photographs (Front pose)
8.The call for Interview may not be treated as offer of appointment.
9.Result of the interview will be displayed on our website in due course of time. However,the result for reserved category post will be provisional and subject to the final outcome of the WRIT Petition No. 7878/2010 ( Sarv Rural & Urban Welfare Vs UOI & others)
