Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Ranchi has its jurisdiction defined with the three divisions falling under its purview. The Board has the authority to recruit all community candidates for the South Eastern Railway region of Ranchi and Chakradharpur. Another region of East Central Railway which falls under the Ranchi is Dhanbad Division. So the Board accepts the application from the eligible candidates from these three regions and selects the best one for the vacant positions. The Chairman is the head of the board and is assisted by the Assistant Secretary in proper management of functionality.
