ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
*Minimum Educational Qualification for DMRC job:Applications are invited from dynamic and result oriented Engineers (Civil, Electrical & Electronics), having a minimum of 70% marks in B.Tech/B.E examinations (in respective disciplines) and Architects having a minimum of 60% marks in B.Arch from AICTE recognized Institutes/Universities and should be avalid GATE Score holder (validity of Gate Score is two years) for filling up 25 slots of Executive Trainee. The Executive Trainees will be sponsored for one year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Metro Technology and Management by DMRC.
On successful completion of the course, the Executive Trainee will be inducted in DMRC as Assistant Manager in grade Rs.20600-46500 (IDA)/ - on direct recruitment basis.and age of the candidates Not more than 28 years as on 01/01/13 (i.e not born earlier to 02/01/85) with 3 years upper age relaxation for OBC and 5 years upper age relaxation for SC & ST.
MODE OF SELECTION
The selected candidates will be sent for one year Post Graduate Diploma Course in Metro Technology and Management at IIT/Delhi. During the course, the trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs.25000/-p.m.Accommodation facility for self only will be arranged by DMRC during the period of the course at IIT/Delhi.The selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs.6 Lakhs to serve DMRC for a period of 5 years(including one year training period at IIT/Delhi).

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES
1.While applying for these posts, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished by him /her are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his /her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is / are detected even after appointment, his / her services are liable to be terminated.2.The Interview will be held in Delhi only.
3.The Candidates employed in Govt. Dept./ PSU/ Autonomous Body must produce NOC from the present employer on the date of Interview.
4.Attach attested copies of Community/Caste Certificate in Central formats (SC/ST/OBC), for seeking age relaxation etc. with the registration slip.
5.A candidate who claims to belong to one of the Other Backward Classes has to submit in support of his/her claim an attested copy of a certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority specified by the Central Govt. in their O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SC) dated 08.09.9
3. The OBC certificate should be current & issued within one year of the closing date of the application.
6.The Candidates should keep sufficient numbers of same Photograph in reserve for future use, which they are using in the registration slip.
7.The Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
8.The request for change of mailing address or e-mail address will not be entertained under any circumstances.
9.The Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be New Delhi.
10.The DMRC reserves the right to fix the minimum standard/qualifying marks for each component of selection for all posts.
11.The DMRC will not be responsible for any postal delay/ loss in transit. No request in this regard will be entertained.

For implementation and subsequent operation of Delhi MRTS, a company under the name DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION was registered on 03-05-95 under the Companies Act, 1956. DMRC has equal equity participation from GOI and GNCTD.Delhi Metro is a world-class metro. To ensure reliability and safety in train operations, it is equipped with the most modern communication and train control system. It has state-of-art air-conditioned coaches. Ticketing and passenger control are through Automatic Fare Collection System, which is introduced in the country for the first time. Travelling in Delhi Metro is a pleasure with trains ultimately available at three minutes frequency. Entries and exits to metro stations are controlled by flap-doors operated by 'smart-cards' and contact less tokens. For convenience of commuters, adequate number of escalators are installed at metro stations.
